Notarised driving test?

Having gotten a traffic ticket in the USA I need to take an on-line ‘driving test’ with a notary in attendance. How would I best go about this?

    Mobile notary services can be found on the web and are running in most major districts. A notary can be scheduled in to make a home visit or to a business, where he can oversee and approve the on-line driving test.
    All that is required is a Us State ID i.e. (Driverse’ License, Passport, ID Card) per listed person. The card must contain a written description of the individual’s height, weight, eye and hair colour along with a Photo and signature.
